5. Products and availability

The products offered are described with the utmost accuracy. However, errors may occur. Stocks are not guaranteed until the order is confirmed. In the event of unavailability after validation, a full refund will be issued.

Pre-orders

a) Clients based in Morocco

• Prices are displayed in Moroccan dirhams (MAD).
• Local taxes (VAT 20%) are included in the prices displayed.
• Shipping costs are calculated at the shopping cart stage according to the destination city, weight and delivery method chosen.

b) Customers based abroad

• Prices are automatically converted to dollars based on your location or manual selection.
• Prices are expressed excluding local VAT: the applicable VAT will be added to the order at the time of payment.
• Customs fees, import taxes or other charges may be applied by local authorities upon delivery, and are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise indicated on the product page.

(c) Price Adjustment and Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy. However, in the event of an obvious pricing error on the website, Sahareye reserves the right to cancel any affected order after notifying you. No charge will be made without your consent.

d) Currency conversion

For payments made in a currency other than the displayed price, the conversion rate depends on your bank or payment provider. Additional conversion fees may apply.
