General Conditions of Sale (GCS)
The website www.sahareye.com is operated by the company KAM TRADING SARL , a limited liability company governed by Moroccan law, registered in the Casablanca Trade Register under number ICE: 002762993000046. For any request or information, you can contact us at 05 22 33 47 77 .
1. Scope of application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the sahareye.com website, whether delivered in Morocco or abroad. By confirming your order, you unreservedly accept these terms and conditions.
2. Products
Sahareye sells items from partner brands, which we legally distribute. We do not claim to be the manufacturers of these products. All descriptions are provided with the utmost care, based on the brands' information.
3. Price
Prices depend on the country of consultation or delivery:
- In Morocco: prices are indicated in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), all taxes included (VAT included).
- Internationally: Prices are displayed in dollars, excluding local VAT. This will be added at checkout depending on the country.
Delivery costs, customs taxes and any additional charges will be indicated to you.
4. Order
An order is considered valid after:
Product selection and basket validation
Choice of delivery method
Online payment (via Payzone, bank card) or payment confirmation on delivery
Receipt of the order confirmation email
We reserve the right to refuse an order in the event of suspected fraud, unavailable stock or obvious pricing error.
5. Delivery
We constantly strive to make your shopping experience with Sahareye as pleasant as possible.
Orders placed outside of business hours (9am-8pm) and/or on public holidays will be considered placed on the first business day following order submission. Delivery times are given as a guide and may be subject to delays. Delivery times do not constitute a contractual obligation. Delivery delays may occur during promotional periods, sales, or public holidays. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including your unavailability to receive or a request to postpone delivery. It is your responsibility to be available to receive your order. Our drivers may call you up to 4 times to arrange a delivery time slot, and will make up to 3 delivery attempts before your order is canceled.
Please note that orders payable by cash on delivery incur a delivery charge specified on the order form and payable upon delivery.
Delivery of on-demand and personalized items
The delivery times mentioned in the table do not apply to personalized or made-to-order items. Your item will be shipped according to the time indicated on the item's product page.
General delivery conditions
Although we are firmly committed to meeting the estimated delivery times indicated in the order confirmation or displayed on our website, these delivery times are given as a guide only. Delivery times begin from the order confirmation.
Address changes & tracking
Our customer service team will be happy to help you change your delivery date or address if necessary. However, if you have already received an email informing you that your order has been shipped, we will no longer be able to change your address.
Please note that a change of address to a country other than the one initially planned for delivery will not be possible.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is confirmed. You can then track your order by contacting our customer service from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. at hello@sahareye.com
Delivery times are given as an estimate, without firm guarantee.
Delays and liability:
Sahareye cannot be held responsible in the event of:
- Delays due to force majeure (bad weather, customs, strikes, etc.)
- Absence of the customer at the time of delivery
- Delivery postponement requested by the customer
Our drivers may attempt up to three deliveries, with up to four phone calls to schedule the delivery time. If there is no response, the order may be canceled.
Delivery costs:
- In the case of payment on delivery, fixed delivery costs apply, specified when ordering (depending on area, weight and service provider).
Made-to-order or personalized items:
The lead times indicated above do not apply to personalized or made-to-order items. The estimated lead time is indicated on the relevant product sheet.
Delivery tracking and modifications:
Once the order is validated, a tracking number will be sent to you by email.
Any change of address or delivery date is possible as long as the package has not been shipped. No change of delivery country will be accepted after shipment.
6. Exchange
At Sahareye, we want you to be fully satisfied.
You can request an exchange under the following conditions:
- 3 days after receipt for orders delivered to Morocco
- 7 days after receipt for orders delivered internationally
Eligibility requirements:
- Unworn, unused product in its original condition
- Tags, packaging, box, accessories, authenticity cards intact
- Shoes: no trace of fitting
- Swimwear: hygiene sticker intact
- Proof of purchase required (confirmation email or invoice)
Exchange procedure:
- Contact customer service at hello@sahareye.com , indicating the order number, the item to be exchanged, and the item desired as a replacement.
- The returned product is inspected by our teams.
- If the conditions are met, the new item is sent.
- Return costs to be borne by the customer.
- The exchange can only concern an item of equivalent value, subject to availability.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
You can return a product within 14 days from the date of receipt if the following conditions are met:
- The product is in its original, unused condition
- All accessories and packaging are present
- The return is notified by email to hello@sahareye.com
The following items are not eligible for return: sale items, lingerie, cosmetics, swimwear without hygienic protection, personalized products.
8. Personal data
Your data is protected in accordance with Moroccan Law 09-08 and applicable international regulations (including GDPR). See our Privacy Policy for more information.
9. Applicable law – Disputes
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Casablanca shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
